Only renting to a female. Urgently for rent at half price for 3 months — from October through December inclusive. I am traveling abroad and renting out my own apartment, where I currently live. Personal belongings will remain in the apartment, so I am looking for a trustworthy, tidy and quiet person who will take care of it as if it were their own. No pets. The apartment is 54 sq.m., located in Gldani, IV microdistrict, Khergiani Street No. 3, 5th floor. The apartment has everything necessary for living. It has a large balcony. Quiet neighborhood, excellent views of the city, the Sabaduri mountains and Mtskheta. You won't need to go anywhere to watch the sunset 🙂 Shops and pharmacies are nearby. Metro is a 15-minute walk. Price for all three months — $1050. WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram
