From July 20, a 3-room apartment is for rent, with two separate bedrooms. It has European renovation and high-quality appliances - built-in kitchen (washing machine, refrigerator, gas stove), large plasma TV, air conditioner. One bedroom has a king-size bed, while the other has an imported sofa bed with a special mattress. Both sofas (in the studio and bedroom) are purchased from the Comfort store. A necessary condition is a deposit equivalent to one month’s rent - that is, you pay one month’s rent and an additional deposit, which will be returned to you after vacating the apartment.
