An equipped apartment is available for collateral with furniture and appliances for $40,000. The owner will stay in the apartment, and you will pay a monthly benefit of $1,200. The apartment will be encumbered in your favor by obligation and will be registered in the public register under a purchase and redemption agreement. After the expiration of the term, we will return the $40,000 that belongs to you.
