m2 Some houses near the racecourse are characterized by a good location, others by special architecture, favorable payment conditions or additional services, however, when it comes to your house, it is difficult to make a choice in favor of one, because each of them is important. That's why this project was created, where everything necessary was combined in one residential house. A new residential complex was built in Kartosia #8, near the former hippodrome area, in the city center and at the same time close to nature. The house provides all necessary comfort parameters. The complex consists of 9 independent buildings. The planning concept is based on the efficient use of every square meter. The area of standard apartments varies between 47 sq.m. and 172 sq.m. Duplex apartments with large terraces and great views are located on the top floor of each building.
