The apartment is located on Politkovskaya (formerly Zhikia), 5 minutes by transport from the University metro station. There are actually 2 rooms, one with a large bedroom and the other with a windowless room that can be used as both a bedroom and a storage room. It has been repaired and everything that can be seen in the photos remains. There are markets under the building, a pharmacy, a school and a university are nearby.
