I am renting an apartment in Saburtalo in a newly built building. The apartment is located near the Sport Palace, close to the metro, and is also near a park, cafes, restaurants, and pharmacies. The apartment is situated on the 17th floor of a newly built building with a nice view and has a balcony. I do not work with brokers. The apartment has a bedroom and a convertible sofa, so it can accommodate 2 people. Please note and abide by the following rules: you pay the rent for 2 months upfront, the amount for the first and last month; if you leave the apartment before 1 year, you will not get the last month's rent back. The condition of the repairs and furniture will be checked before leaving the apartment, and if there are any damages, you will have to pay additional costs. You are obliged to notify me 1 month in advance about the termination of the rental. Pay the utility bills on time. Rent of the flat would be able from 26th of August
