2 room Flat For Rent. Gldani

* Urgently for rent: a great apartment at a budget price (read the text to the end), without any additional payments (winter–summer), directly from the owner, in the capital for long-term residence and at a low rent, in a good location near Akhmeteli Theatre metro station, next to Khizanishvili Street #98, on the 5th floor of a nine-story building. Well-furnished and comfortable — half of a 4-room apartment operated as an apart-hotel: two rooms (a quiet bedroom and a cozy living room), a panoramic balcony and an ultra-modern kitchen. * This apartment (based on the price) is intended for one tidy gentleman (allowed for two, each tenant paying an acceptable price — 500 GEL per man per month). * Note: in a hotel-type apartment you bring only your clothes and spare linens, because the apartment is provided with absolutely everything. * Here the resident will feel at home and safe, because the whole apartment is a four-room flat; in the other half, separated by a partition wall, I live — a middle-aged man — as the owner of this apart-hotel, your guarantor of safety and helper. * In the compact hotel-type flat you will have normal living conditions, a calm and quiet environment, and you will also receive free VIP services, specifically: periodic washing of your clothes — done without your presence. * Note: the comfortable bathroom and kitchen will be for shared use. * This apartment is ideal for those who value and love tranquility and peaceful living, surrounded by evergreen coniferous trees, with two recreation parks, and 24-hour markets and pharmacies right next to the building. * Rent: a hotel-styled furnished two-room unit (cozy living room and quiet bedroom) with a panoramic balcony and green view, separate/isolated, for one resident alone = 750 GEL per month (the daily modest price works out to 25 GEL in total), and most importantly, all utility bills (during winter and summer) are included in the rent. * For your information: photos are available that show the half of this beautiful apartment which the tenant will use — the pictures of the two rooms where I reside are not included here. * Hurry to rent before someone else does.
