2 room Flat For Rent. Gldani

Urgently for rent: a superb apartment at a budget price (read the text to the end), with no additional charges (winter–summer), directly from the owner, for long-term residence in the capital at a low rent. In a good location near the Akhmeteli Theatre metro station, next to 98 Khizanishvili Street, on the 5th floor of a 9-story building. Well-finished and comfortable, half of a 4-room apartment offered as an apart-hotel: two rooms (a quiet bedroom and a cozy living room), with a panoramic balcony and an ultra-modern kitchen. This apartment (given the price) is intended for one tidy gentleman (allowed for two, at an acceptable price for each tenant — 500 GEL per person per month). For your information: in this hotel-type apartment you bring only your clothes and spare linens, because the apartment is provided with absolutely everything. Here the resident will feel at home and safe, because the full apartment is four rooms, and I live in the other half, which is separated by a dividing wall. I am a middle-aged man, the owner of this apart-hotel, your guarantor of safety and a helper. In this compact hotel-type apartment you will have normal living conditions, a quiet and peaceful environment, and you will also receive free VIP services, specifically: periodic washing of your clothes without your presence. For information: the comfortable bathroom and kitchen will be for shared use. This apartment is ideal for those who value and love tranquility and a quiet life, surrounded by evergreen coniferous trees, with two recreational parks, and 24-hour markets and pharmacies next to the building. Rent: a hotel-style furnished two-room unit (cozy living room and quiet bedroom), with a panoramic balcony and a green view, rented separately/privately to one resident, without a second = 750 GEL per month (the daily negligible price in total comes out to 25 GEL), and most importantly, all utility payments (during the winter–summer period) are included in the rent. For information: photos are available showing the half of this beautiful apartment that the resident will use — the two rooms where I am located are not included here. Hurry to rent before someone else.
