2 room Flat For Rent. Gldani

Urgently for rent: a superb apartment at a budget price (read the text to the end), with no additional payments (winter or summer), directly from the owner, in the capital for long-term occupancy and at a low rent. In a good location near the Akhmeteli Theatre metro station, next to 98 Khizanishvili Street, on the fifth floor of a nine-story building — a well-fitted and comfortable half of a 4-room apartment offered as an apartment-hotel: two rooms (a quiet bedroom and a cozy living room), a panoramic balcony and an ultra-modern kitchen. * This apartment (given the price) is intended for one tidy gentleman (allowed for two, at a reasonable price for each tenant — 450 GEL per man per month). * For your information: in this hotel-type apartment you bring only your clothes and spare bed linen, because the apartment is absolutely fully equipped. * Here the resident will feel homely and secure, because the whole apartment is four-room and I live in the other half, which is separated by a partition wall — I am a middle-aged man, the owner of this apartment-hotel, your guarantor of safety and helper. * In this compact hotel-style apartment you will have normal living conditions, a peaceful and quiet environment, and you will also receive free VIP services, specifically: periodic washing of your clothes without your involvement. * For information: a comfortable bathroom and kitchen will be for shared use. * This apartment is ideal for those who value and love quiet living, surrounded by evergreen coniferous trees, with two recreational parks, and 24-hour markets and pharmacies right next to the building. * Rent: a furnished two-room unit (cozy living room and quiet bedroom), with a panoramic balcony and green view, separately/privately for one resident (no second person), total = 700 GEL per month; during the winter period an amount covering all utilities is added, symbolically only 50 GEL. * For information: photos are available that show the half of this beautiful apartment that the tenant will use — the pictures of the two rooms where I stay are not included here. * Hurry to rent before someone else does.
