Hello, I am the owner of the apartment. Since I bought it, only I lived here... Now I have moved elsewhere and therefore I am renting it out. It is rented to tidy/organized people; priority is given to those who take care of the apartment. Pets are not accepted. The apartment is located in a very quiet and peaceful place. If you are looking for a cozy apartment, this is it. There is an intercom/door phone at the door. The building is secured, equipped with cameras, and is cleaned by a cleaner once a week.
