Conditions: I am interested in having the tenant's business profitable, so during the off-season or in times of temporary difficulties, I am ready to make concessions on rent and support. For me, stable long-term cooperation is more important than strict financial pressure. I am not just interested in renting but in finding an experienced hotel operator who will work steadily and in the long term.
