The villas are two-storey, with a panoramic view of the mountain from the roof. On the ground floor there is a living area, a dry Finnish electric sauna, a toilet, a shower. Fireplace, kitchen. On the second floor there are three bedrooms (each designed for two) and a bathroom with a bathroom. Area 180 m2. Private yard with parking. 350 meters from the sea. The complex is closed, the owners live, the pool is in the public domain, including for our guests. Also near the pool there is a common barbecue area (as well as in the courtyard of the villa).
