Our beautiful new house is located exactly in the middle, between the city center and Tbilisi Lake. It is situated above the center of Tbilisi and is therefore very pleasant from a climatic perspective, especially in the summer. There are excellent entertainment options for the whole family nearby, such as public beaches, sun terraces, and opportunities for sailing and kite surfing. Other recreational facilities include the Gino Paradise adventure pool and the new Tbilisi Zoo. Our house was only completed this year, so the entire interior is completely new. The house is 2 stories high, which can also be used as 2 apartments with a shared entrance. The first floor has 2 bedrooms/bathrooms/kitchen and a living room with a fireplace. The upper floor has 3 bedrooms/bathrooms/kitchen and a balcony. The house has 3 surveillance cameras, allowing you to view the property from the house comfortably day and night. Your car can be safely parked on the road in the yard. There is also a supermarket (300m), pharmacy, hairdresser, restaurants, and regional diners in immediate proximity.
