The house is located at the entrance to Tbilisi from the direction of Mtskheta, at the beginning of Aghmashenebeli Avenue, in the Mukhatgverdi suburbs. The price varies depending on the days of the week and the number of guests. We have no restrictions on music; you can enjoy it with our speaker all night long. The house has 1 bedroom with a closed pool that is heated to 34 degrees. We have a dance area with a 700-watt speaker, which can be used all night long with club lighting, a yard, and decorations. All this is located in a newly built cottage, and in the adjoining yard, it is possible to rent another cottage. The price for both cottages together is 700 GEL; when taken together, a passage is opened between the yards, making it comfortable to use both cottages.
