The house is located at the entrance of Tbilisi from the direction of Mtskheta, at the beginning of Avlabari Street, in the Mukhatgverdi cottages. We have no restrictions on music; you can use the JBL 700-watt speaker all night long. Bringing additional speakers is prohibited. The house has 2 separate bedrooms, a sofa bed, and, if desired, 2 foldable beds. A kitchen, a jacuzzi designed for 6-8 people that heats up to 38 degrees, dance space with club lighting, tables, and chairs for up to 25 people. There is also a yard, a skewer, and skewers for grilling. You can enter from 3 PM, and the departure time is set for 12 noon the next day. We have 2 more houses at the same location, which you can find in my listings. The price varies based on the days of the week and the number of guests. Bookings are taken in advance. You can view the house in advance through a detailed video or on-site.
