For rent is a new, non-standard project apartment by the day, located on the 14th floor of a 20-story building. The total area of the apartment is 50 sq.m and includes two rooms, including one bedroom and a kitchen with an area of 10 sq.m. The apartment is available for rent either daily or hourly for 3 hours or 4 hours during the day at 50 GEL. From 6 PM, it is not rented hourly, only the nightly rate is paid by the guest at 80 GEL; it is up to their discretion whether to stay or leave early. The full 24-hour rate is 100 GEL. Negotiation is possible for long-term stays.
