The apartment is equipped with high-quality household appliances (dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, washer/dryer) and smart security video control. It has a very large 85 sq m terrace. The terrace is equipped with a pergola-type roof and also has a large umbrella. There is a table, chairs, and a chill area on the terrace. The apartment has two bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom, and the other is currently set up as an office but can be converted into a bedroom if desired (at our expense). The second bedroom has its own wardrobe/storage space. The house has two bathrooms (one for the bedroom and one for guests). A cleaner services the house monthly (or more often if desired). There is a common parking space protected by a barrier in the yard. Additionally, there is a charging station for electric vehicles located below the terrace.
