There is a dishwasher in the apartment. There are plenty of parking spaces for a car. The building is clean and well-maintained with good neighbors. The apartment is insured by TBC; in case of damage we will file an insurance claim. The curtains are new and cleaned. It has two fairly large, well-kept balconies, one for each bedroom. The building is secured with an electronic lock and video cameras. The elevator is fairly large and does not require access cards; also, in the event of a power outage it will not get stuck — it has an additional emergency system. Rented only to clean and tidy people.
