The residential building is situated 200 meters from the metro. In front of the building, there are many supermarkets and pharmacies, as well as numerous schools, kindergartens, and several universities and colleges nearby. The building has underground parking and a yard. There is a wonderful view of Tbilisi from the balcony. It is a quite sunny and cozy apartment. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, furnished fully (bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers). Both bedrooms have access to the balcony, which is quite large and comfortable. High-quality materials were used in the apartment renovation, the kitchen and living room floors are covered with granite tiles, and the kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, extractor hood, and refrigerator. The house has central heating. Two months' rent is to be paid in advance.
