I would also like to mention the owners separately — they are very pleasant and reasonable people, which is especially important for a long-term rental. The location is excellent: just 7 minutes from Vake Park and Mziuri Park, with some of the best grocery stores and coffee shops even closer. In my opinion, the apartment is especially well suited for a couple. I am moving out only because I am relocating to my own apartment in the same area, literally 3 minutes away.
