The apartment is newly renovated, clean, bright, warm and cozy. The apartment has a living room, a bedroom and another small room that can be used as a study. There is also a separate kitchen and bathroom-toilet. The apartment is fully equipped with the necessary furniture and appliances, the safety norms are observed. The entrance door is locked with a chip key (we are served by an intercom, a city doorbell, and the cleaner cleans the entrance 2 times a week). The building has a barrier and the car can be easily parked.
