The apartment is newly renovated with high-quality materials and is uninhabited. The apartment has central heating, the kitchen is simply assembled with a fridge, gas stove, and washing machine, all of which are brand new and unopened. There is also a brand new bed and wardrobe in the bedroom, and the TV is new as well. In short, it’s a very good apartment.
