A room is for rent with its own bathroom, suitable for office use, living, or any other purpose that is not noisy. The room is for non-smokers. Utilities are not included in this amount, the cost of utilities is 5 lari per day. Call me regarding the terms of the contract and I will tell you everything. Its main condition is the payment of the first month's rent and the security deposit. The security deposit will be returned to you on the day of moving out, when you fulfill the terms agreed upon in the contract. The bed is missing a mattress; if you are interested, I will order a new mattress, and it will be delivered in two days. The contract is made for a minimum of 6 months. Other conditions are written in the contract, regarding cigarettes and such details. The room will be available from April 1st. The price is calculated for one person.
