The apartment has one double bed and a pull-out single sofa in the kitchen, also two adults can live comfortably (one child can also be accommodated). It is a 2-3 minute walk from the stops. The metro to Sarajishvili is about a 10-15 minute journey and there are marshrutkas on the short line, also 2 buses and 1 marshrutka to Sarajishvili from different parts of the city. There is a school and supermarkets nearby, also Avchala Park. I can share a video where everything is shown in detail. If necessary, I can add some items (there is a small amount of dishes). The apartment can be viewed in the evening hours. The price does not include utilities, so you will pay additionally. You only pay one month in advance. I do not cooperate with agencies.
