A two-story, newly built, private hotel-type house/cottage is for sale 200 meters from the beach in the Kaprovani area of the Ozurgeti municipality. In terms of utilities, electricity is supplied at 10 kilowatts 3 phase, natural gas at 2 points, internet, sanitation at 100 units, and water at 25 units. A small amount of cosmetic renovation remains in the house. Floor heating has been installed throughout the first floor, including the open covered terrace and the second floor restrooms, with radiators in the bedrooms.
