A shock freezing plant is for sale in Tbilisi, near Moscow Avenue! The plant freezes 500 kg per hour at -35 to -40 degrees, ensuring individual quick freezing of fruits and berries while completely preserving taste, vitamin content, and structure, while also preventing the formation of ice lumps and sticking together of fruits/berries. The shock freezing machine is of tunnel type (currently the only one in Georgia). The plant was built during the communist era and has 2 floors, with each floor having a height of 5.25 meters. The area of the 1st floor: 1140 sq/m. There are 3 large refrigerated rooms set at -18 degrees, 1 small refrigerated room at -18 degrees, and 1 large room plus (0 - 15 degrees) refrigeration room. The plant is equipped with internet, electricity, and gas. All rooms on the attic floor have heating, and a kitchen is also located on the attic floor. There is a railway track running behind the plant (for large freight reception), the plant has 2 independent euro-standard receiving/releasing platforms designed for trucks (semi-trailers). The yard is 900 sq/m, fenced, and equipped with surveillance cameras. The overall area is powered by its own 400 megawatt substation, allowing us to benefit from a 2 tetri discount per kw/h on the electricity bill. The entire perimeter is paved, and the plant is additionally protected by 1 permanent security guard/worker. The plant is listed in agrohub and Europroducts and has previously served all medium-sized farmers and confectioneries. The territory can be sold without machinery to be used as a warehouse.
