Tianeti, the village of Simonianthkhevi, is a land located in a straight area, divided into 17 plots (610 sq.m.) and there is also an easement on the 18th plot of 2154 sq.m. Accordingly, there is an inner road allocated, it is 180 meters from the populated point, there is an asphalt road, and only this 180 meters is unpaved. The mentioned land has a residential status, but by the decision of the LEPL Spatial and Urban Development Agency, it has been included in the "special agricultural zone," therefore at this stage I cannot carry out construction.
