The vineyard is located in the village of Shilda (Kvareli district), in the zone of Kindzmarauli. The land plot is up to 10 hectares, of which the vineyard is planted on 9 hectares. One hectare is reserved for the construction of a winery and complex. There are 7 varieties of grapes planted, and the vineyard is planted densely, with 2.2 meters between the rows and 90 cm between the plants (twice as much as in vineyards planted during the communist era). The seedlings are certified and were purchased from the Mukhrani farm, which is supplied by the famous Jighaura farm. The vineyard is 6 years old. At the same time, we produce organic grapes (see Caucascert's organic certificate). Because of this, the best (highest quality) wine is made from our grapes (we can let potential buyers taste it). We also have a licensed well (100 meters deep), with a water flow of 18 tons per hour (always, including in July and August) and a drip irrigation system installed in the vineyard. Additionally, there is 3-phase electricity, which is necessary for the production process (for the winery). We also have a surveillance wagon, 6 video cameras, and internet.
