Nut plantation for sale in Khobi village. Sagwichio. In 2014, hazelnuts were planted on 17 hectares. A total of 8,953 units of hazelnut seedlings (8,500 Greek/Anakliura and 500 Gifoni). In 2025, a harvest of 35 tons was collected, which amounts to 240,000 GEL. The plantation is fully fenced (with mesh and trifoliate green fence), equipped with windbreaks, internal roads and a well with a pump. Also in 2020, a nut dryer was built, namely a 120.2 sq. m closed warehouse building and a 660 sq. m open dryer. Additional auxiliary facilities are arranged (garage for tractor, storage room, tool room). New tractor YTO/554NC purchased in 2022 (with mulcher, fertiliser). Hazelnut harvesting machine and other equipment purchased in 2021.
