This agricultural land is 5 hectares, in a very beautiful location, by the forest and lake, in Tetritskaro (in the village of Iraga, 80 km from Tbilisi). The land has abundant water. Water flows to the plot, from where it can be diverted, but a hydrogeological study has also been conducted on the land, and fresh water free of any salts & sulfur has been found (I will provide thermal images). A dirt road leads to the plot.
