A unique plot of land of 58 sq.m. is for sale in the resort area-2 (SHZ-7) next to the church on the square. Currently, according to the general plan, appendix N2, chapter III, article 10.1, only 35 sq.m. of public and residential service/purpose buildings are allowed on the plot (see appendix). It is an ideal place for the placement of catering and other tourist infrastructure facilities. It has the potential for expansion and successful development.
