For sale: house / country house near Tbilisi, close to Digomi village, village Dzveli Vedzisi. It belongs to the Saburtalo district. The road from Digomi village is a dirt road. By the City Hall's decision, paving of the road will begin in spring. Gas, water and electricity are permanently available. Central heating is connected; the roof has been replaced; doors and windows are installed and the finishes have been smoothed. There is a cottage/glamping unit in the yard. That glamping unit also has water, electricity, a bathroom and a kitchen. The yard is fenced with wire mesh. There is an iron gate. The house has a basement the size of the house. If you have questions — when the road is paved, the house price will increase. There is no such residential and vacation spot in the vicinity of Tbilisi. I will consider exchanging for an apartment, or for a renovated private house, even slightly outside Tbilisi. Of course, the property offered for exchange must be of the same value.
