In the yard there is a 2-storey 200 m² brick private capital house with a large open veranda and at the same time a new 80 m² black frame dwelling with its attic, which is intended for living (roofed with high-quality material, internal walls removed, sewage and wiring made, concrete floor). There is also an auxiliary cellar of 60 m² and a capital garage extension on the side of the road, which is currently being converted into a bakery. The area of ​​the yard itself is 330 m², part of which is the entrance - is paved with basalt stone.
