The area of the garden is practically utilized in a planned manner. There is a large oak tree, and several fruit trees are planted. It is enclosed at the bottom with a low concrete retaining wall and iron mesh on the side. The house is two stories plus an attic. It is built from blocks manufactured in the Rustavi factory. The first floor is at ground level, with a ceiling height of 2.3 meters, and contains a three-window room with a fireplace. A small room with a window is located above it. All the windows are glazed and fenced with bars. Each room has an iron padlock door. The concrete chimney of the fireplace is built from the outside. A drainage wall is constructed along the length of the upper outer wall of the first floor, covered with iron-concrete up to the wall of the house, and the created balcony has wooden doors to the room on the second floor, while the constructed storage is used as a basement. The house is completely plastered inside and out with cement, with internal electrical wiring. All three levels are lined with concrete open balconies, bordered with tubular railings. A concrete staircase leads to the second floor, with steps manufactured in Tbilisi. The area limited by an iron-concrete 'belt' includes an extended loggia, a large room with three glazed windows, and a small bedroom. All three have wooden doors. The ceiling height is 3 meters. A corner staircase leading to the attic is adjacent to the wall. The internal volume of the attic is unfinished. The roof is covered with aluminum slate, made of larch wood from Siberia.
