A new house in Saguramo is for sale, in the elite village of Mgzavrebi Saguramo. The area is 91 square meters with a veranda and a balcony, but they are only 60 cm wide. The house has electricity, gas, water, sewage, everything is central, there are no septic tanks and other horrors. The house has a large living room, a kitchen with an island, all the convenient drawers and cabinets, a built-in refrigerator, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a wine fridge, an induction cooker (gas was not brought inside the house, so it is more peaceful to sleep, and induction is faster and more convenient to use). A gas water heater for heating and hot water is installed outside in a separate warm box. The heater has Bluetooth control. Very well-thought-out electrics, more sockets than you can imagine, all important light switches are duplicated by pass-through ones, in the bedroom the light is turned off from 3 points (near each cabinet and at the entrance). There is even a socket for a household grinder, if you want to install it. The entire contour of the first floor is heated floors (except for the storage room). Yes, a storage room!) It is difficult to live outside the city without it, the room on the first floor is about 3.5 square meters. It is very convenient to place a second refrigerator, a pantry and other household accessories and tools there. Also on the first floor there is an unrenovated room, in which, according to our project, a huge bathroom was planned, with a free-standing bathtub and a floor-to-cement window (but we did not have time to finish it). If desired, the room can be converted into a third bedroom. On the second floor there is a master bedroom with a bathroom, the floor and walls of the shower are made of microcement, there are no steps along the floor, a guest bedroom / work room (there are twisted pair outputs and sockets for a desk by the window, to work and admire the views, productivity may be lower, but it is very beautiful)). Also on the second floor there is a large dressing room/laundry room, a Samsung washing machine with add wash will remain, the dryer most likely will not remain, but a place for it has also been thought out for convenient placement. In the village there is a tennis court, a football/basketball court, a huge swimming pool 25 by 20, and a small children's pool, not deep. In the summer, a restaurant is open. Automatic gates at the entrance. Around our house, almost all the houses are already inhabited, this means that there will be no much noise from the neighbors' repairs. The lawn and fir trees around the perimeter of the site have already taken root and grown well (usually this is a problem for the first year and a half). What remains to be done. As I said above, the bathroom on the first floor (or suddenly a bedroom). Doors on the first floor, door extensions and baseboards on the second floor. On the first floor there are decorative elements (an island above the island, on the ceiling with lighting, decorative slats near the stairs and a couple of decorative light sources). Everything is in the design project down to the smallest detail. Unfortunately, I do not speak Georgian, only English, Ukrainian and Russian.
