The building is being constructed in the form of a white frame. The outer perimeter uses heat-effective Itong blocks, with an additional 5 cm EPS to be installed on top. The roof will be insulated with 15 cm of PENOPLEX, and a 10 cm layer of PENOPLEX will be added to the parking cover for additional thermal efficiency. The profiles of the windows will be constructed from high-strength 64-grade aluminum with energy-efficient glazing. The inner courtyard and entrances from the street will be landscaped with Italian saplings and shrubs. The deadline for the completion of the construction is 4-5 months.
