The building will be completed in a white frame condition. All communications will be arranged according to the plan, only the electrical wiring will be brought into the apartment without wiring. An energy-efficient Itong block has been used on the outer perimeter, on which an additional 5 cm EPS will be arranged. 15 cm EPS will be arranged on the roof, while an additional 10 cm EPS will be arranged on the parking cover slab for extra thermal efficiency. The profiles of the windows will be made of high-strength aluminum with energy-efficient glazing. The inner courtyard and also the free spaces from the street entrance will be landscaped with Italian seedlings and bushes. The deadline for the completion of construction is 4-5 months.
