RiverFront Residence is a 29-story multifunctional residential complex that combines comfort and business class residential blocks: ParkView, SideView, and FrontView. The project includes: a 2500 sq.m inner yard, of which 1900 sq.m will be allocated for landscaping, a children's playground, a 2-level underground parking lot, a common-use landscaped open terrace with electric charging points, office and commercial spaces, the building's facade will be completely finished with composite panels. The glazed part consists of black metal-plastic windows. Frost-resistant tiles will be laid on the balconies.
