RiverFront Residence is a 29-story multifunctional residential complex that combines comfort and business class residential blocks: ParkView, SideView, and FrontView. The project includes: a 2500 sq.m internal yard, of which 1900 sq.m will be allocated for landscaping, a children's playground, a 2-level enclosed parking lot, and a common-use landscaped open terrace for office and commercial spaces. The facade of the building will be entirely finished with composite panels. The glazed part consists of black metal-plastic windows. Frost-proof tiles will be laid on the balconies. The security and cleaning service will take care of the comfort and safety of the residents.
