According to the established regulations, the placement and/or sale of used tires, decommissioned vehicles, and their parts is permitted in the industrial zone 1 (S1) in the building or structure that creates a covered space, bounded by walls, columns, and/or other restrictive constructions, and the ground is covered with such solid material that excludes the entry of the specified material or substances leaking from it into the soil. We inform interested parties that the territory of the JSC "Annakor" and the industrial-storage building located on this territory entirely belongs to industrial zone 1 (S1) and fully complies with the rules and regulations established by the above-mentioned resolution. Accordingly, JSC "Annakor" offers various sizes of industrial-storage spaces located in industrial zone 1 (S1) (216 sq.m., 310 sq.m., 350 sq.m., 475 sq.m. and 1,000 sq.m.) where they can continue and carry out their activities. The spaces are located in the Mukhiani IV district, in the former 4th building of the "Radio Factory", by the roadside. Inside the building, large-sized cargo can be delivered directly to the rented space by the tenant using internal roads with trailers. There is continuous electricity and water supply, centralized sewage, and the possibility of connecting natural gas. The monthly rent for the above-mentioned businesses is 15 lari per square meter, including VAT.
