Warehouse/manufacturing space is for rent in the city center (at the intersection of Bagrationi and Vaja-Pshavela, next to Nova warehouse), 2nd and 3rd floors, totaling up to 700 sq.m (each floor up to 350 sq.m), with an independent entrance from the first floor (separate door and stairs). For the second floor, there is a 3.5-ton cargo lift (teleferique), wet point, three-phase electricity, and high-pressure gas. The height of the 2nd floor is 3 m, and the 3rd floor is 5 m. It is possible to rent both floors or just one.
