In the center of Ortachala, by the roadside, behind the restaurant Ortachala, 642 m2 of land is rented out with a 300 m2 building on it, ideal for both storage and auto service as well as any type of commercial activity, considering the location. It is in a very good and central place in Ortachala near the hydropower station.
