An apartment is available at Irakli Abashidze 22 in one of the most prestigious locations (in Nero's yard), on the third floor (with an elevator) with isolated kitchen. The apartment has all the necessary furniture/items for living. Currently, there is an old television in the apartment, but I can replace it if desired.
