The office space amounts to 247.7 sq.m., the production area - 429.7 sq.m., warehouse area (annex) - 335.8 sq.m. Gas, water, sewage, and 50 kW electricity are connected and supplied to the building. Security and fire alarms are installed. Surveillance cameras are also installed, both inside the building and around the perimeter of the building. There are 7 office rooms, 1 kitchen, and 4 bathrooms in the building. All communications are laid in the rooms: internet, telephone line, electricity. Heating and cooling systems are installed in all rooms. The walls are built with environmentally clean energy-efficient perlite blocks. A port for installing solar panels is provided on the roof. During the construction of the building, geological and seismic resistance requirements are taken into account, as confirmed by the relevant documentation.
