The land is in an elevated location with a level surface. It is very suitable both for residential use and for business (cottages, hotel), and it has sea views; at night Batumi and Poti can be seen beautifully illuminated. It's a very beautiful place. Message me on WhatsApp. Two plots are being sold together; they are not sold separately. I will cooperate with brokers.
