Iltosa is a village in Eastern Georgia, in the Dusheti Municipality of the Mtskheta-Mtianeti region, in the Mchadijvari community. It is located at the southern end of the Alevis Ridge in the Ksnisi valley, at an elevation of 850 m above sea level, 22 km from Dusheti.
