The plot of land is located at the side of the central road connecting Gori and Kaspi, adjacent to the EnergoPro Georgia substation. On the other side of the road, there are two active irrigation canals. Three-phase electricity is brought to the site. Deep plowing has been done on the plot, manure has been added, and the best almond seedlings (Ghara) have been planted.
