The building was built in 2016, I renovated it for myself and have been living here since its construction, so everything is made with good materials, it has a large yard with a barrier, there is no parking problem, it is in a cozy and very good location, good neighborhood, it is the top floor, the ceiling has a slight slope but the elevator goes all the way up. This is the only reason it has this price, otherwise, I wouldn’t sell it for the price of a black frame with furniture and appliances!
